One bet Terms & Conditions – Malaysia Platform User Agreement

Welcome to one bet. By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the one bet platform — including the website, mobile app, Live Casino services, Sports Betting (football, badminton, e-sports), and jackpots — you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all Terms & Conditions contained in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the one bet platform immediately. one bet reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the platform following any changes will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.

👤1. Membership & User Eligibility

To be eligible for one bet membership and to use our services, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform.
• You are a Malaysian citizen or permanent resident physically located in Malaysia when using the services.
• You are registering in your personal capacity and not on behalf of any company, organisation, or third party.
• You have never been banned or suspended from any one bet platform previously.
• You have no legal or personal restrictions preventing you from using our betting services.
• You understand that betting involves financial risk and that you are solely responsible for your own betting decisions.

1.1 One Account Per User

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account at one bet at any time. Holding more than one account – whether intentional or otherwise – is a serious violation that may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all related balances.

If you suspect that someone has created an account using your information, please contact the one bet support team immediately via live chat or WhatsApp.

📝2. Account Registration

Upon registering with one bet, you agree to provide information that is accurate, current, and complete. Information required during registration includes your full name, a valid Malaysian phone number, and a secure password.

2.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials – including your username and password – confidential. one bet will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your own negligence.

• Use a strong password — combine uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Never share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Log out of your account whenever you are using a shared device.
• Report any suspicious activity to one bet support immediately.

2.2 KYC Verification

One bet reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC – Know Your Customer) at any time, particularly prior to processing a first withdrawal or any withdrawal exceeding a specified amount. Commonly required documents include a valid copy of your MyKad or passport.

💳3. Deposits & Payment Methods

One bet accepts deposits via a range of popular digital payment methods available in Malaysia. All deposits are processed securely and encrypted using 256-bit SSL technology.

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. one bet does not accept third-party deposits. If a deposit is suspected to have been made by a third party, one bet reserves the right to freeze that deposit until verification is complete.

💸4. Fund Withdrawal

Withdrawal requests can be made at any time through your account panel on one bet. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your last deposit, except in specific cases where an alternative method is required.

4.1 Limits & Processing Times

• Minimum withdrawal: RM 30
• Daily withdrawal (standard members): Up to RM 20,000
• Daily withdrawal (VIP Gold members): Up to RM 50,000
• Daily withdrawal (VIP Diamond members): No limit
• Processing time (standard members): 2–4 working hours
• Processing time (VIP Gold and above): 15 minutes
• Processing time (VIP Diamond): Instant

4.2 Bonus Withdrawal Requirements

Balances containing unsettled bonuses are subject to rollover requirements before a withdrawal can be made. Please refer to Section 6 for full details on bonus rollover terms. one bet reserves the right to withhold withdrawals that require further verification for the security of your account.

🎮5. General Game Rules

All games on the one bet platform – including baccarat, blackjack, table games, slots, Sports Betting (Malaysia Super League football, EPL, BWF badminton, e-sports) and progressive jackpots – are subject to both the general rules and the specific rules governing each respective game.

5.1 RNG System & Game Fairness

All games use an independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) system. Game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be influenced by one bet, players, or any third party. The RTP (Return to Player) value for each game is publicly displayed within the respective game's information.

5.2 Match Results & Disputes

Game results recorded by the one bet system are final. In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, players must submit a complaint within 72 hours after the match in question has concluded. Disputes submitted after this period will not be entertained.

5.3 Technical Failures

In the event of a technical failure or system disruption during gameplay, one bet will endeavour to resolve the situation in the fairest manner possible for all parties. In certain circumstances, affected rounds or bets may be voided and funds returned to the player's account.

All bonuses and promotions offered by one bet are subject to the specific conditions stated in their respective promotion terms, as well as the general terms set out here.

6.1 Rollover Requirements (Re-wagering)

All bonuses received must meet the rollover requirement before they can be withdrawn. The standard rollover requirement is 15x the total bonus amount, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.

Example: If you receive a bonus of RM100, you are required to place cumulative bets totalling RM1,500 (RM100 × 15) before any portion of that bonus can be withdrawn.

6.2 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus may only be claimed once unless otherwise stated.
• The welcome bonus is exclusively for new members who have not previously made a deposit.
• One bet reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus suspected of being obtained through fraud or abuse.
• Wagering on different games may contribute at varying rates toward rollover requirements. Please refer to the respective promotion terms.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts.
• The bonus validity period is 30 days from the date of credit unless otherwise stated.

⛔8. Prohibited Conduct

One bet players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in account suspension or closure without notice, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Registering more than one account on one bet.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any technical tools to automate gameplay or betting.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes (collusion).
• Exploiting any bugs or technical errors in the one bet system for unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through bug exploitation will be voided.
• Making a deposit using a payment method that is not in your own name.
• Using the one bet platform for any money laundering activities.
• Sharing your account with others or allowing another person to play using your account.
• Acting in an abusive, threatening, or offensive manner toward any staff member or other player.

🚫9. Account Suspension & Closure

One bet reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account at any time, with or without prior notice, for the following reasons:

• Violation of any Terms & Conditions outlined in this document.
• Confirmation that the user is below the stipulated minimum age.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or system manipulation.
• Requests from the relevant authorities.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (inactive account).

9.1 Account Closure by Member Request

You may request to close your one bet account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, please ensure you have withdrawn all eligible balances. Bonus balances that have not met the rollover requirements are not eligible for withdrawal upon voluntary account closure.

⚖️10. Liability Limits

One bet provides this platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no warranties regarding its continuous availability, accuracy of content, or fitness for any particular purpose. To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law:

• One bet is not liable for any financial losses incurred by players as a result of betting or gameplay.
• One bet is not liable for service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including internet outages, third-party server failures, or natural disasters.
• One bet's total maximum liability to any player in any single incident shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the incident.

📋12. Amendments to Terms & Conditions

One bet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. The date of the latest revision will be shown at the top of this document.

For significant amendments, one bet will make reasonable efforts to notify members via registered email, in-platform notifications, or a notice on the homepage. However, it remains your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

Continued use of the one bet platform following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes made, you should stop using the platform and contact customer support to close your account.

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any further legal action is taken.
